Return Policy
We offer free prepaid returns for items purchased from our online store within 30 days of receipt. For example, if an order arrives on April 15th, the customer can request a free prepaid return label before May 15th.
Returns can be requested within 30 days of order receipt, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds for all returned items will only be processed after the carrier marks the item as delivered to our warehouse.
Returns are not accepted within 60 days of order receipt.
Returns are accepted for any reason. Returned items must be in the same condition as when the customer received them to receive a full refund.
